Privacy Notice

This notice covers this website. It explains what the form here collects, where that information goes, and how to ask us to change or remove it. Via Interiors is responsible for it.

What we collect

Only what you type in, plus the minimum a website records in order to work at all.

• The enquiry form on our contact page: your name, your email address, your phone number if you give one, and your message.
• Automatically: the page you sent the form from, the time you sent it, and the technical request data every web server sees — your IP address and your browser.

Nothing here asks you for a password, an identity document, or card details.

Why we have it

To answer you. An enquiry is read and replied to by the people who run the studio, and is used to discuss the project you wrote in about — nothing else.

Where it goes

When you press send, what you typed travels to these places, and no further:

• This site’s own database, so an enquiry cannot be lost if something further down the line fails.
• The BDI platform — the business system we use to keep track of enquiries and reply to them. BDI Corporate runs it for us on Supabase, hosted on AWS infrastructure, and handles the data only to provide us that service. The email copies — the notification to us and the confirmation back to you — are sent by the BDI platform on our behalf, through Resend, the service that delivers them.
• Vercel, which hosts this site and sees the ordinary web-server request data described above.

We do not sell your information, and we do not pass it to anyone else for their own marketing.

Measurement

If analytics or advertising tags are switched on for this site, they are loaded from Google and Meta and they record which pages are visited, using an identifier stored in your browser. Your browser’s own settings and any cookie controls it offers apply to those tags, and you can use this site with them blocked.

Asking us to change or remove something

Write to , and tell us what you would like corrected or deleted. Ask us what we hold about you and we will tell you. If a legal or accounting obligation means we have to keep a record, we will say so rather than quietly keep it.

Changes to this notice

If what we do with your information changes, this page changes with it.
